AIT and Project 104 operate jointly as one integrated company supporting the food, retail, and distribution sectors through a combined platform covering importation, trading, logistics, and large-scale storage infrastructure.

AIT manages a diversified portfolio of chilled, frozen, and dry food products sourced from leading European and Middle Eastern suppliers. The company serves major supermarkets, restaurants, and catering operators, offering reliable delivery, accurate order handling, and fully automated logistics across inbound and outbound flows.

Project 104 complements AIT’s trading activities through specialized development of warehousing and cold-storage facilities. Its most recent project includes a 10,000 m² warehouse and an additional 2,000 m² cold-storage facility in Kiserwan, Lebanon, providing more than 170,000 cubic meters of storage capacity for chilled and frozen products.

Together, AIT and Project 104 deliver an end-to-end ecosystem for food supply, temperature-controlled logistics, and storage infrastructure that supports regional distribution networks and long-term operational growth.
